It took three bad girls to make one angel.
Head trauma!
A french bun.

Trying to follow the instructions?

An Angel got her wings...

Fusible batting sucks! On the advise of a co-worker, I bought more gold lame and dug out Mom's Singer to complete the wings.
While making oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

Weekend update.

She has arms and hands. Next I am supposed to do something with gold lame and fusible batting? How do I get into these things?

A work in progress...

After over 2 hours in a fabric store today, I have the makings of an angel.
This project requires a lot of little things and many pieces of fabric to have measured.
Matt assisted with the dressing of the tomato cage.

After more cutting and glue, the angel has sleeves.
Stay tuned!!!

Frost on the pumpkin!

Oh boy, we got snow today!

Matty Stewart brought home a new lamp. As for me, my weekend plans include making a Christmas decoration out of a tomato cage, strippin wallpaper in the master bath, cooking, and reading a good book. Whew!

Bambi escapes!

This is the hunting camp where Matt has been hangin lately.
He spent most of the morning yesterday in a tree stand with his gun by his side. The deer being smarter than man, never came out to get shot.

Oh Deer!

These guys could give a hoot about Huntin Season.
Beware of the great white hunter! Run, Bambi, Run!!!

I bought it when I saw it at....

"Marden's!!!" I found such great deals this weekend at one of my favorite stores that I had to go back again on Sunday. I found Matt this great ceramic stash box for $3.99. It goes with his den/beauty shop decor.
I found this fine work of art for .99 cents folks! I got one for my office as well. It's real wood, sort of.
And then I found these great card making kits. Too much fun and so easy. Jerry, your kits are in the mail.
Some sample cards.
