Matt is on-call this weekend. Saturday he was called out to Bar Harbor, from there he had to go to Skowhegan, and then on to Dexter. Since it's raining, I hibernated watching Food Network and took my new cook book for a test drive. These are Spicy Oatmeal Raisin cookies. They are great with a cup of coffee for breakfast.
