Adventures at Dobsie Lake!!!

This is a beautiful view of Dobsie looking down towards "the narrows."
One must be equiped!

We found this camp for rent on-line. It's a six bedroom, 1.5 bath unit for $125.00 per night. Pretty cozy and has a basement with a wood furnace.

Kitchen is key!

Comes all decorated for Christmas in late February.

It's "The Depot" of Dobsie Lake.

Of course, Bobby was there.

And then the last day, Mark snagged this 30 pound salmon with his "Big Ben" fishin' trap.

Now, that's a Big Old Fish!!!

Home alone...

I did a little re-decorating this weekend. I visited the new "Lowe's" store and created a lamp with a little help from a glue gun.
I got some cleaning done and shoveled more snow.

New art ta boot!

I have a dish fetish...

...it runs in my family. Today my co-worker found a great buy on these vases at TJ Maxx. I merely commented on how pretty they looked in the lobby, and the fact that my kitchen is "Lemon Souffle" and I love cobalt blue glass. She threw them into my arms and said "well then, you must take them home." So I did.

How's the weather?

Snow abounds, every day, with a little ice added for a bonus!

My blog is no longer my own...

The last few posts have been posted by Matt because he is so excited to share pics of the lake and the big boobed snow woman. I love that he is becoming a part of the bloggin family!

Three turkeys...

...have taken up residence in our back yard. They really like the bird seed, pig suet, and driving Annie nuts.

So sad...

Now I really don't know who to vote for, I really liked John. Anybody but George Jr.
