Mom and Dad took a little cruise to check out the beach house we rented at North Litchfield Beach. This is the view right in front of the house we rented. This beach is at the south end of the Grand Strand Trail. It is directly connected to Huntington Beach, my personal favorite beach. North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach are lined with sky high condos and tourist attractions.
This is certainly the end of the Grand Strand where you want to be. Matt and I have been researching local fun spots. Located not too far from the "Driftwood" is the "Calypso Beach Bar and Grill." This oceanfront restaurant and open-air bar is the center of activity, serving breakfast & lunch daily and dinner 7 nights per week. Also not too far away is the "Pawleys Island Tavern." Home of shrimp, beer and blues! A locals' favorite! Speaking of locals, Mom and Dad have promised to do some cooking! The beach house comes equipped with a gas grill for our own culinary creations, as well as beach toys. Somebody pinch me!!!
